The delivery time is displayed during checkout and starts counting 3 business days after payment confirmation.
You can track your order through your account, where you’ll find the estimated delivery date and the tracking link once the package has been shipped.
1. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If the carrier makes three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
In that case, the customer may choose to:
Resend the order, by paying a new shipping fee; or
Request a refund once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

The delivery address used will be the one provided at checkout.
