To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

With all original tags and packaging intact;
Accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice.
Once we receive and inspect the item, you can choose between:
A store credit valid for 30 days; or
A refund of the purchase amount, processed within 5 business days after the item is received and approved by our team.

For any additional returns from the same order, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
As we operate with limited stock, we cannot guarantee the availability of all sizes and styles for exchanges.
For this reason, we recommend returning the product and placing a new order using your refund or store credit.
